Confidentiality at Law. Because we are all lawyers privileges are everywhere. The Mananing Attorney's view is that, OSC is a party necessary to the representation of your client or to the freelance lawyer's representation of you or your client. The OSC Managing Attorney will unilaterally enforce one of those privilege on behalf of OSC, you, your client or your freelance attorney. Or the OSC Managing attorney will invoke a privilege created through him as counselor to you, your client, or your freelance lawyer, as may be appropriate.
Security in Fact. While the entire OSC system is too large for a single server, this site is not. Our core systems and files are all on this site and this site lives on our server under our physical control.
