New York, New York:  Justin Lynch, a resident of New York City, graduated from Columbia Law School in 2005, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review.  A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston University, he practiced as an associate with Holland & Knight LLP, where his experience encompassed both transactional work (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securitizations, equipment financing) and litigation (intellectual property, immigration, civil rights).  Other work experience includes Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and Channel Thirteen/WNET.  He is experienced in drafting sophisticated agreements for clients that include JetBlue, internet technology companies and non-profit organizations, as well as providing substantive legal research and preparing court documents. 
 
Justin drafts transactional documents and conducts legal research and writing in all practice areas, including corporate and securities, intellectual property and non-profit law.
