Seth was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and studied business management and international trade at the University at Buffalo. He attended New York Law School in Manhattan and received his JD, magna cum laude, in 2004.
Seth is admitted to practice in New York and practiced as a solo practitioner in Syracuse, New York. He is also admitted, but inactive, in Georgia and Florida.
