Justin Lynch practices in the areas of corporate transactions and litigation.
A graduate of Columbia Law School, his corporate experience includes assisting U.S. and foreign companies in several transactions including mergers and acquisitions, securitizations, asset financing and joint ventures, and providing advice on securities and other corporate compliance issues. He has drafted indentures, leases, purchase agreements, assignment agreements, operating agreements, prospectuses and other types of agreements for clients ranging from small, start-up enterprises to more established companies such as CIT Group, New York State Housing Finance Agency and jetBlue. He has also worked with non-profit organizations to obtain tax exemption from the IRS.
Justin’s litigation experience includes drafting motions and performing research and writing for matters involving copyright, immigration, administrative law and civil rights. He has particular knowledge and interest in IP law stemming from prior work with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and WNET/Channel Thirteen.
